Description:
The object of the market includes the operation of the 13 business restaurants and 3 HR Rail sandwich shops which will take effect on 04.05.2026. The contractor to which the market will be awarded, will integrate into his team current HR Rail restaurants (around 3.5 FTE), but with a reductionprogressive due to retirements, in accordance with the law applicable in this area. The service includes both the delivery of "finished" meals and other products related to the activities of this sector, such as the delivery of drinks, snacks, cleaning products, clothingwork,…
The main service of these corporate restaurants includes:
- Restaurants for hot and cold meals + Salad Bar
- Sandwich shops / Take-Away
- Meeting services (hot / cold drinks, (breakfast)
The contract also includes a number of additional services:
- Fruit distribution
- formulate a concept proposal for 2 new corporate restaurants according to the progress of the work of the new SNCB and Infrabel buildings in Brussels-Midi
- A proposal for an intelligent refrigerators concept where sandwiches, meals, snacks,Drinks, ... are offered in SNCB and Infrabel buildings without a business restaurant or operational services 24/7.
