The object of the contract is a complete mission of A.P. architecture, engineering, health and safety coordination, PEB adviser, in a multidisciplinary team, as part of the renovation and transformation project for a group of buildings located rue Haute, 57-59 and rue Notre-Seigneur, 24-32 toB-1000 Brussels, at least 13 transit accommodation and 1 shop.
The project consists of transforming all the buildings located rue Haute, 57-59 and rue Notre-Seigneur, 24-32 in B-1000 Brussels, at least 13 transit accommodation and 1 shop. The program is likely to include some changes.changes over time. The amended program, based on the project selected and approved by the PA, will be communicated to the successful bidder at the time of notification of his designation and the invitation to draw up the preliminary project.
