THE DESIGNATION OF COMMUNICATIONS AGENCY(S) FOR VARIOUS IMPRESSIONS, FOR THE ORGANIZATION AND PROMOTION OF DIGITAL FUNDRAISING AS WELL AS WORKING ON DONOR LOYALTY FOR THE NGO MEMISA This procedure consists of the conclusion of a framework agreement with all terms not fixed, with a single successful bidder per lot, in accordance with article 2, paragraph 1, 35°, and article 43, of the LAW. Memisa, more particularly its Communication, Education and Fundraising department, is looking for a communications agency, on the one hand to ensure the layout of publications, and on the other hand to develop the digital aspect of its communication. For the two lots, each more or less precisely as far as they are concerned, the elements of the communication campaigns to be developed, carry out and distribute are notably the following: • The design of the campaign; • The design of communication tools; • The practical implementation of communication messages; • The purchase of advertising space and media; • Coordination of different stages of the campaign; • The development, dissemination or distribution of different means of communication.
