Description:
The contracting authority places an order for the design, construction and final repurposing of flexible residential infrastructure. The contracting authority attaches great importance to a sustainable, circular and flexible solution. Since the residential infrastructure will have multiple usesbbs, the residential infrastructure must be designed flexibly, both in terms of composition and design.
Afterwards, the contracting authority wishes to give the residential infrastructure a second life with a definitive character at a different location. For this final repurposing, such as student housing, for exampleing, the residential infrastructure will have to be (partially) converted to meet the housing standards that apply to this redevelopment. The contractor must therefore be able to move and model the residential infrastructure to meet the requirements of the final redevelopment.
The residential infrastructurestructure will have to comply with various housing standards during its entire lifespan.
The object of the assignment concerns the provision of emergency infrastructure, which means that fast execution times are essential for a smooth progress of the assignment.
