The ASBL GIG (Group of geographic information) offers its members services and cartographic applications. Among the latter, the Roads Application allows planning of municipal roads maintenance. The objective of this market is to conclude a framework agreement in the form of a power plant as intermediary for local Walloon powers members of the ASBL. The expected results are the statements of the state of the roads and the road elements made on the basis of georeferenced videos in the Gig Roads application.
