- Tests aimed at controlling vehicle compliance in terms of pollutants regulated according to the ISC procedure. This contract is a service contract within the meaning of Article 2.21 of the law of 17 June 2016.Object of services: this contract deals with tests to control the compliance in service of light vehicles in terms of Pollutants regulated according to the In-Service Conformity (SAI) procedure. Services should be provided at a test center made available by the economic operator. All costs related to its use will be dependent on the economic operator and will therefore have to be an integral part of its offer. This test center will have a torque bench, a dilution tunnel, gas analyzers, a PEMS system and all other essential elements for performing tests. This installation and the applied procedures will have to meet all the requirements of the European regulations relating to the SAI.
