Call for application to participate

Context: Through this assignment, the contracting authority wishes to take out ten-year liability insurance for various works of art and civil constructions within the Linkeroever sub-project (part of the Oosterweel project).

The contract is divided into the following lots:
Lot 1: "30%" (lead insurer)
Lot 2: "25%" (co-insurer)
Lot 3: "20%" (co-insurer)
Lot 4: "15%" (co-insurer)
Lot 5: "10%" (co-insurer)

Each lot can only be allocated in its entirety to one contractorawarded.
The tenderer may submit a quotation for one or more lots.
The tenderer must register for each lot for which he is interested. The associated premium rates are shown in the inventory (see below).
Note: A registration for one plot does not count.automatically for another plot.
The tenderer must also communicate his maximum capacity, which applies to all plots together.
