Description:
As part of the Wallonia recovery plan, financial resources were identified by the Walloon Region via the 99 call for projects aimed at setting up the reinandration of watercourses and creating temporary immersion areas (ZIT) to combat floods and risks of shortagewater. The project submitted by the province of Luxembourg in partnership with the municipality of Nassogne, the inter-municipal Idelux-Eau and the Riviere Lesse contract was selected. A subsidy was granted to the province by decree of the Walloon government of July 20, 2023 for the implementation ofThe operation "Development of a temporary immersion zone and arrangements aimed at promoting biodiversity to the right of the Masblette watercourse upstream of the village of Masbourg as part of approach 2 of project 99" Set up the reinandration of watercourses and create zonestemporary immersion to combat floods and risks of water shortage "of the national plan for recovery and resilience.
