- In 2023, Brussels Environment awarded a contract for the installation of two public dry toilets, in Baudouin Park in Jette and Bon Pasteur Park in Evere. This contract concerns the technical maintenance of these two public dry toilets ecological. This contract begins on the date provided for in the service order for a period of one year, renewable 3 times. This is a service market. LOT1: The mission of the Service Provider consists of: • monitoring the proper functioning of the sanitary facilities, including all equipment, safety measures, etc. ; • to repair and replace, both inside and outside, the various elements of a sanitary installation damaged by wear or vandalism; • has prepare a report on the condition/operation of each item, an estimate of the time within which an item must be replaced and the cost of replacing an item (labor hours - new items).
