- This contract is a service contract the purpose of which is to provide assistance to the contracting authority relating to Technical Due Diligence. The purpose of this framework agreement is to enable citydev.brussels to request a control office specialized for the purchase of a new property ireal estate and when putting up for sale a property from the real estate portfolio of citydev.brussels."This framework agreement will provide assistance with a view to determining the technical constraints of the property under study. This market includes the components following:• PART 1: creative analysisn data room• SECTION 2: preliminary due diligence visits• SECTION 3: assistance to the P.A during the sales procedure• SECTION 4: monitoring of sales agreements brought up to standard Each section can be ordered separately by the P.A for a period of 4 years .The description of the shutters is detailed in pPart B "Technical clauses" of this special specification.
