The market of services which this market notice is aimed at selecting assistanceTechnique to support the "West Africa" geographic unit - from the DG intpa to Brussels in the coordination of the two complementary actions. These two actions aim to improve migration management and stimulate green socio-economic development in partner countries in Africawest.
More specifically, the first action will help improve the sustainability of migration management systems in the countries concerned, by placing the rights of migrants, in particular return, at the center of concerns. The second action will aim to improve the inclusion ofYoung people, tempted by migration or return migrants, by promoting employment, access to finance around the green economy sectors.
The referencing systems of return migrants supported by the first action should feed, in part, the public targeted by the secondaction. This synergy is essential for the success of these actions.
Technical assistance will have the tasks, among others:
-Air the monitoring of the expected results, (collection, analysis and restitution of information), while ensuring the complementarity of the 2 actions;the capitalization and dissemination of learned lessons, and propose, if necessary additional studies for the management of actions;
