- The BGHM wishes to be assisted administratively and technically by a technical expertise office during the various phases of traditional (purchase of existing goods or land) and turnkey projects.
The assignment consists of making an analysis of the structural engineerand technical quality of a proposed project based on the expectations of the BGHM and the OVM, as well as checking the quality of the works against the contractual documents included in the sales contract, the standards in force in the Brussels-Capital Region and the rules of the vak.
The assignment also includes the follow-up of the works (with the authorization of the client or final buyer), and the provisional and final approval/delivery.
