Or the different offshore projects Elia Group is looking for external expertise regarding dynamic and harmonic phenomena of the electrical system in the framework of the different offshore and onshore grid projects foreseen in Belgium and Germany in the following major topics:- General Advisory: provide expertise support to Elia Group to challenge the results from other external studies and topics listed below- Data, Model & Tools : develop detailed process for Data & Model Validation of wind parks, for generation of EMT / PSCA models out of Power Factory reference models, …- Risk Assessment Methods : to screen and assess the risk of dynamic & harmonic phenomena and develop processes for coordination the design studies of new parks / HVDC converters- Conformity & Monitoring : describe/support detailed roadmap for roll-out of PMU/WAMS to allow better detection in the future of dynamic and harmonic phenomena based on real-time or post-analysis of measurements.- Technologies
