This assignment concerns the maintenance of part of the city's green area.
The assignment consists of 2 different ones matters:
1) Green maintenance: The assignment to be carried out includes:
• mowing and collecting lawns;
• cutting down plants and trees and keeping them free of weeds
•shearing solids;
•shearing hedges and keeping the hedge bases free of weeds
2) Weed control
By specific location an image class cfr the CROW classification is recorded. It is up to the contractor to make a choice regarding the method and frequency to be used to maintain this image quality.
The basic agreement has a duration of 12 months and can then be tacitly extended 3 times, each time for a period of 12 months.
The agreement can be terminated in writing with a notice period of 3 months
