In the context of harmonization within the Taxandria hospital group, Sint-Dimpna Hospital Geel vzw, AZ Rivierenland vzw, Heilig Hartziekenhuis Mol vzw, AZ Herentals vzw, AZ Turnhout vzw and AZ Monica vzw, wish to proceed to a framework contract for delivery of suction bottles, caps and teats forThe Maternity and Pediatrics departments, for a period of 4 years.
AZ Veronica will place the orders of AZ Monica and AZ Rivierenland in the future, now this is already the case for Campus Rivierenland Rumst and Campus Azmonica.
Hospital Geel acts as a purchasing center for this assignmentIn the meaning of Article 47 §2 and Article 129 of the Law of 17 June 2016. This means that Hospital Geel will act in the name of the contracting authority in the name of the various contracting authorities for this assignment. The purchasing center will be the procedure for public procurementApply according to the instructions and in the name and for the account of the contracting authorities involved.
