Description:
This purchase file concerns the conclusion of several framework agreements for:
- Supplying conventional fuels (diesel, petrol, CNG) via fuel cards for the fleet:
o Framework vehicles (national and international) o Service vehicles (national)
o CNG service vehicles (national)
- Delivering and managing fuel cards
- Providing fuel cards and charging passes for private use by staff members who do not have a management vehicle
- Delivering via the AdBlue fuel card to the pump or in the shop of the gas station
- Certain tolls in Belgium and Belgium can be paid via the fuel card be paid abroad
- OBU (on board unit) in function of the kilometer charge for service vehicles: Providing for the installation of the OBU, monitoring its operation, administration and invoicing
- Supplying electricity via charging cards by acting as an MSP* (Mobility Service provider). "MSP" means:
o offering charging cards that provide access to publicly accessible charging infrastructure in Europe.
o help drivers of electric vehicles locate (available) public charging infrastructure via an app.
o invoicing electricity charged via public charging infrastructure; this charging session was activated and registered via the charging card offered by the MSP.
