The insurance to be taken out must at least cover: • the civil and criminal defense costs; • the reimbursement of the expenses when the OFP has advocated the defense costs or the amount of compensation in the event of covered damage; • the costs of the composition of the criminal deposit; • the liability of persons who have received a mandate from the OFP in an external entity; • the costs of the personal defense in the context of investigations; • the costs for the reputation repair of the OFP when damage to the image is the result of a covered damage; The covered defense costs, research costs and costs for reputation repair must also be advanced.
