- Maintenance works contract with omnium guarantee as well as the operation and management of the technical installations of the Huy swimming pool.
This contract aims to appoint a contractor specializing in the maintenance of equipment and technical installations of an aquatic center and pipublic cinema.
The contract includes both daily maintenance, preventive maintenance and the addition of consumables for the installations and technical equipment of the newly renovated Huy swimming pool, as well as a complete omnium-type guarantee on said installations.
The installationsns and technical equipment of the swimming pool include all HVAC and sanitary installations, as well as all swimming pool technical equipment (among other filtration and water treatment, wellness equipment, outdoor pool and balneo fun equipment), low voltage electricityion and various equipment (access barrier and PMR launching).
This is a contract for a period of 4 years, renewable once, covering the entire cost of maintenance and upkeep in omnium guarantee, the price of which is determined on the basis of the attached price schedule valid for1 year of maintenance.
The possible renewal of the contract for a second period of 4 years will be notified by the contracting authority by registered mail.
