Tenders are invited for Support to SUR Implementation and Modernisation Main selection and assessment criteria: TECHNICAL ASSESSMENT CRITERIA Quality of the overall documents provided to support the reply to the CFT. University degree in Engineering or Mathematics/Physics Excellent knowledge of English (oral/written) and demonstrated ability to produce and to deliver presentations to international audiences in this language Strong organisational, drafting and reporting skills based on previous projects Experience in co-operation with stakeholders such as ANSPs, Airlines or Industry. Knowledge in operational, safety and performance requirements relevant to surveillance applications Knowledge of EUROCONTROL Surveillance Standards and in ADS-B, WAM and MLAT standards Experience with Surveillance systems in general and Radar, ADS B, WAM, and MLAT in particular Experience with surveillance evaluation and validation analysis for sensors and end-to-end surveillance systems, including reporting Knowledge in Performance-based Surveillance Knowledge in Aircraft Derived data/Downlinked Aircraft Parameters (ADD/DAP) Experience working with Surveillance data recordings in ASTERIX format Knowledge of European and international standards on General Aviation operations and avionics (including COTS) related with Surveillance in general and ADS-B in particular Experience as a General Aviation pilot Experience working with airport surface surveillance systems Knowledge of European regulation and international standards for Unmanned Aircraft Systems Experience in in statistical and geographical data representation Experience with SQL databases, scripting and programming languages Java and Python
