- Tenders are invited for Support to Strategic Operations Planning and Upgrade of Planning Tools EUROCONTROL* is an intergovernmental organisation with 41 Member and 2 Comprehensive Agreement States. We are committed to building, together with our partners, a Single European Sky that will deliver the air traffic management (ATM) performance required for the twenty-first century and beyond. Technical subject matter: The support concerns the review of the NMD/OPL capacity planning processes, models, and algorithms as well as the creation, enhancement, validation of the latter. It includes also the development of the validated models and algorithm by delivering code that can be integrated into the existing modelling and simulation tools in NM. Finally it covers the review of RAD restrictions with the help of developed algorithms and models while providing assistance to the NM/ACD/OPL unit.
