Description:
Tenders are invited for Support to Nm Airport Performance Analysis and Runway Improvements The EC Regulation 2019/123 mandates EUROCONTROL NM to conduct planning and reporting activities for the European Airports. An essential element in the planning and reporting process is relying on the analysis of different performance indicators, building the comprehensive picture of airport performance, both in a local but also in the network context. The analytics creates an in-depth statistical picture of the airports and their operations, which, enhanced with current operational information, leads to improved strategic, pre-tactical and tactical handling of the traffic, limiting the airports- potential negative impact on the network. This contract is aiming to contract external support, which would be able to use the existing Network sources for collecting, processing, and presenting the information for consumption by the NM. Moreover, the externalization of the service would allow more flexible management of resources since the planning and reporting processes are characterised by the seasonal fluctuations.
