- Tenders are invited for Support to NEST Tool Modernisation. EUROCONTROL* is an intergovernmental organisation with 41 Member and 2 Comprehensive Agreement States. We are committed to building, together with our partners, a Single European Sky that will deliver the air traffic management (ATM) performance required for the twenty-first century and beyond. The European Route Network Design function is one of the tasks of the Network Manager set out in the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/123 [RD2]. In line with the purpose of the ERND, EUROCONTROL has developed the Demand Data Repository, the NEST airspace and capacity simulation tool and the ERNIP Tool. This contract is aiming to support the airspace data validation activities and their implementation and development in the NEST airspace design and capacity tool.
