VRT makes the transition from a linear media company to a media company where linear and non-linear offer are on the same basis. This means that the business processes and management model must follow this transition. This will result in a re -implementation of the most important management systems that VRT uses today. People and resources must be able to be scheduled in a more optimal and flexible way.
