- Supplying dry food The assignment includes the supply of "dry food" to the central kitchens of PC Gent-Sleidinge for a period of 2 years (from 1/10/2026 to 30/09/2028) with the option to extend by 2 years. For all articles, both included in the inventory as well as in the catalog, the price is based on a fixed percentage discount on the list price. The list price with public rates is made available by the tenderer-supplier. The tenderer states in the quotation where this online catalog will be made available. The catalog and the corresponding rates of the tenderer will be delivered by the tenderer free of charge and will be delivered during the assignment duration will be updated by the tenderer with the applicable published rates based on the evolution of the public online catalogue. The percentage discount is fixed for the entire duration of the assignment. To compare the quality will comparable samples are requested from the providers at an agreed time, both from the inventory and from the catalogue.
