Description:
Each of the contracts concluded on the basis of the framework agreement is a supply contract which aims to supply thermo-preformed marking products to the Paliseul Departmental workshop. The business includes in particular: a) the supply, packaging, transportation, unloading and placing on deposit at the place of delivery. b) replacement of supplies recognized as defective during the warranty period. The ranking of offers is based on the amount of the offers. The quantities mentioned in the inventory are intended exclusively for the classification of offers and do not give the entrepreneur has no rights regarding the quantities to be executed, nor regarding the relationships between these quantities. The quantities are therefore indicative. The contracting authority issues successive orders according to its needs. This cannot accurately measure the extent of its needs, the quantities indicated in the annexed inventory are only indicative. They are based on the average of orders from previous similar markets.
