Description:
The objective of the "Base of Operations" is to provide the intervention team (40 people maximum) an accommodation camp in the absence of physical infrastructure. The "base of operations" therefore offers the intervention team a complete autonomy in terms of beds, sanitary facilities, dining rooms, storage areas of equipment and command post. The “base of operations” will be made up of 8 medium tents (logistics, com post / cis, meeting / relaxation, dining / kitchen and lodging T1-T4), 4 Small tents (dressing, invigative and maintenance), 1 shower tent and 1 WC tent. A plan of the "base of operations" is taken up in appendix B1. The tents as part of the "Base of Operations" Civil Protection (BOO) project are equipped with lighting and (except the shower tent and the WC tent). All the elements are described in technical specifications, as well as the heating/cooling system (air conditioners, heaters, fans) and sanitary facilities, including toilets and showers.
