- SUPPLY OF SYSTEMS FOR LIQUID CHROMATOGRAPHY-MASS SPECTROMETRY AND LIQUID CHROMATOGRAPHY FLUORESCENCE DETECTION Triple quadrupole LC-MS/MS This lot includes the purchase with delivery, installation and comprehensive maintenance (= preventive and corrective) of a LC-MS/MS system including software intended for quantitative determination, in the context of clinical diagnosis, of metabolic abnormalities in the human body, including but not limited to acylcarnitines, creatinine, amino acids, homocysteine, methyl citrate, methylmalonic acid, oxalate, citrate and galactosemia, in body fluids such as plasma, whole blood, Guthrie cards, urine and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). The systems must be able to be linked to the laboratory information system (LIS) of the Client with at least the importing of work lists and exporting results from and to the LIS. Furthermore, the systems must meet the requirements of robustness, sensitivity and user-friendliness for the quantitative data described determinations, and to be suitable for routine daily use in medical diagnostics. The contractor must also provide timely, continuous and adequate service and support to ensure the operational availability of the devices ensured at all times.
