- The purpose of this contract is to appoint one or more service providers responsible for the supply of personal protective equipment (PPE) and work clothes for the members of the staff of the intermunicipal company for a maximum period of 4 years. .
The market is divided into separate lots, at itssee:
•Lot 1: Foot protection equipment
•Lot 2: Hand protection equipment
•Lot 3: Protective clothing
•Lot 4: Respiratory protection equipment
•Lot 5: Equipment face protection
•Lot 6: Hearing protection equipment
•Lot 7:Head protection equipment
•Lot 8: Specific work equipment (forestry)
•Lot 9: Fall arrest work equipment
•Lot 10: Work clothing
Tenderers are free to submit prices for a single or for several batches.
If the bidder remand offer for several lots, he indicates in the offer form, his order of preference for awarding the lots. Discounts or proposals for improvement in the event of a combination of lots are not authorized.
The contracting authority reserves the right to decide to waive the award of one or moree several of these batches and, if necessary, to decide to relaunch them if necessary according to another procurement method.
