Description:
As this contract is a framework agreement, the contracting authority is not in a position to set the quantities it will order during the term of the contract. However, it defines:
-For lot no. 1 - HAND TOWEL PAPER, the minimum ordered at EUR 215,000.00 excluding VAT and the maximum ordered at EUR 750,000.00UR excl. VAT, for the entire duration of the contract
-For lot n 2 - TOILET PAPER/DISTRIBUTOR, the minimum ordered at 70,000.00 EUR excl. VAT and the maximum ordered at 270,000.00 EUR excl. VAT, for the entire duration of the contract
Consequently, the quantities mentioned in the inventory are only given as an indication.to allow the contracting authority to compare offers; they do not commit the latter in any way and only the unit prices are contractual.
