This market being a framework agreement, the contracting authority is unable to fix the quantities it will order during the duration of the market. However, it defines: -For lot n ° 1 -paper towel, the minimum ordered at 215,000.00 EUR HTVA and the maximum ordered at 750,000.00 EUR HTVA, for the entire duration of the market for Lot N ° 2 - WC/distributor paper, the minimum ordered at 70,000.00 EUR HTVA and the maximum ordered at 270,000.00 EUR HTVA, for the entire duration of the market Consequently, the quantities mentioned in the inventory are only given indicative to allow the contracting authority to compare the offers; They do not engage in any way and only the unit prices are contractual.
