- The contract is concluded for a period of two years from the day after the date of notification of the award of the contract (December 5, 2023 at the earliest), and may be repeated once two years.
The supplies are intended for all the departments and services of the University and will have tobe delivered in perfect condition, free of all costs for any order of an amount greater than EUR 50.00 excluding VAT (unless improvements proposed by the tenderer, listed in the award criteria see point I.10), in the different premises of university buildings as specified in cltechnical uses described and reported in the third part of these special specifications.
The contract is divided into two lots:
Lot 1: Office supplies, paper and catering;
Lot 2: Computer consumables
