II.1.1 Context:
Since September 21, 2023, the ISPPC entities and AIHSHSN form aThe one and only intercommunal company called HUmani. Today, we are the largest public employer in Charleroi metropolis and South Hainaut with more than 6,000 employees and some 700 doctors and independents, spread across 70 sites.
These users represent IT resourcesEU:
- 7,000 user accounts;
- 3,400 workstations of all types (Thin Client, Pcs, laptops);
- 1000 physical serversfollowing actions:
- Maintain current IS in a state of optimal efficiency and in a reinforced level of security;
- Offer support and increased quality of service to users/consumers of the services;
- Build an information system converged on the basis of per architectureennes in order to facilitate maintenance and exchanges,
- Establish effective collaboration in the implementation of the digital transformation of the community and provide method and assistance in the initialization and framing of projects.
