Description:
The subject of this contract is a low-field NMR analyzer (Time-domain type) capable of: - Carrying out determinations of solids levels (SFC% - solid/liquid ratio) in fats according to official standards AOCS Cd 16b-93 and IUPAC 2.150. These methods use equipment operating at 20 MHz, and using 10 mm diameter tubes. - Determine the droplet size distribution (DSD) in all types of emulsions (water in oil (e.g. butters and margarine) and oil in water (e.g. creams and mayonnaises) - Carry out isothermal crystallization kinetics (DFC) based on continuous data acquisition (SFC%) - Carry out relaxation time measurements (T1/T2) - Differentiate the types of water existing in matrices food (via T2 measures) Required option(s) One or more options, for which it is obligatory to provide a price, appear(s) in the technical clauses of these special specifications and in the inventory.
