Description:
The purpose of this framework agreement is the supply, installation and maintenance of equipment for meeting rooms and consists of the following lots:

- Lot n 1: supply and installation of equipment for conventional/standard meeting rooms (30 people)
- Lot n 2:Supply, installation and maintenance of equipment for specific/advanced meeting rooms (≥ 30 people)

Lot 1 includes the following elements:
 Supply and installation of screens or projectors;
 Supply and installation of audio equipment (speakers, amplifiers,Sound bars, etc.);
 Equipment guarantee service and provision of a catalog, continuously updated, for the replacement of the equipment.

Lot n 2 includes the following elements:
 Supply and installation of screens or projectors;
 Supply and installation of equipmentAudio (speakers, amplifiers, sound bars, etc.);
 Supply and installation of collaborative equipment (Smart Screen);  Survey site service;
 Preventive and corrective maintenance service with active equipment management platform;
 Equipment guarantee service andProvision of a catalog, continuously updated, for the replacement of the equipment.

The expected duration of this framework agreement is 5 years with a possible tacit renewal of 3 periods of 1 year bearing the total duration of the framework agreement to 8 years (5+1+1+1).instal...
