Description:
The assignment includes the demolition and removal of an existing defective built-in blast cooler with associated outdoor units and cable work (if not recoverable). This concerns a device from manufacturer F.R.C. with model code BC401AE from production year 2014. On the Where the current blast chiller is located, a new device must be installed in a similar manner. The second blast chiller must be placed side by side with the first unit. Both surfaces are located in a cold room where the space for the additional blast cooler is now part of this cold room. The location of the current installation can be viewed and the possibilities explored through a site visit. The cooling circuit of the blast chiller is part of the large circuit in the central kitchen that also supplies the cold and freezer cells. The new installation is preferably installed stand alone. Another physical location for the installation of the outdoor units should therefore certainly be proposed become. The shelf trolleys and steamer trolleys are currently placed in the blast cooler so that they can then be driven into the cold room through a second door. This walk-through system is only optional in the new installation. A blast chiller is an essential appliance in the industrial commercial kitchen from VitaS.
