- The object of this mission is to assist the facilities in complying with their legal obligations, as stipulated in particular in the Decree of the United College of 3 December 2009 "determining the recognition standards to which reception or housing facilities are subject.to elderly persons, as well as specifying in more detail the grouping and merger and the special standards with which they must comply", including in particular:
-the preparation, storage, distribution and administration of medicines by a nurse or pharmacist
-keeping bya medical file in which the medicines to be administered are listed, as well as a care file with medical guidelines.
To this end, the contractor will be asked to provide advice and recommendations on pharmaceutical services (cf. point III of the specifications) and the provision of medicinesresources organized by IMV within the framework of the mandate granted by their residents to the management of the CPAS institutions in Brussels, which authorizes them to order and receive medicines in their name and on their behalf.
The contractor receives a copy of themandate signed by the resident or his/her representative.
