- The Reception and Population Service wants to have a new software application available for managing population registers, civil status certificates, alien files, the polio register and related administrative processes.
The order includes the delivery, implement, maintain and support an integrated civil affairs software solution. This is a SaaS solution that offers the contracting government maximum peace of mind in the areas of: management, updates and security.
In addition, we note that files are becoming more complex there is often overlap between different domains (civil status, foreigners, etc.) where in the past this was much more often separate. It is therefore appropriate for this to be a total package so that work can be done much more flexibly across service domains.
The board wishes therefore one total quotation for different modules with an unlimited number of user licenses:
Population including digital housing checks
Strangers
Civil status
Elections
This approach guarantees that the investment is future-oriented and offers maximum added value for both employees as the citizen.
