- The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide foodstuffs necessary to make daily meals for the kitchens of the Templars and Chassart residences, the provision of meals production software and orders, as well as the provision of services Cooking of the kitchen.
The contracting authority intends to acquire the foodstuffs necessary to make daily meals by the 2 kitchens of the Fleurus CPAS (orders part of the food/package day) as well as food products intended to be Consumed by all CPAS services (orders excluding food day/excluding package).
The contracting authority will have access to all the food catalogs available from the contractor.
The contracting authority wishes to be part of a sustainable development approach. The tenderer undertakes to provide part of the products from short circuits and/or organic farming and/or fair trade (see allocation criteria).
A detailed description as well as the technical requirements are at point III of the special specifications of the charges and Annex C inventories.
