Description:
Main purpose: operational leasing of multi-brand, electric, hybrid and thermal vehicles.
In addition to the provision of the vehicle, the framework agreement covers all the additional services of use in an operational leasing (vehicle maintenance, taxes, repairs , insurance, assistancetechnical stance and replacement vehicle) for the entire duration of the vehicle's availability, with the exception of driving offences, and for PABs who have not exercised the option provided for this purpose, fuel and electricity.
By vehicle, it is understood:
- vehicles of categoryie M1, being motor vehicles designed and constructed primarily for the carriage of passengers and their luggage, comprising no more than eight seats in addition to that of the driver and having no space for standing passengers, that the number of seats is limited or notn to that of the driver.
- N1 category vehicles: N1 category vehicle: vehicle designed and built for the transport of goods with a maximum weight less than or equal to 3.5 tonnes.
The framework agreement is concluded on benefit of Beneficiary Adjudicators (PAB).
