Description:
Main purpose: operational leasing of multi-brand, electric, hybrid and thermal vehicles.
In addition to the provision of the vehicle, the framework agreement covers all the additional services of use in an operational leasing (vehicle maintenance, taxes, repairs , insurance, assistancetechnical stance and replacement vehicle) for the entire duration of the vehicle's availability, with the exception of driving offences, and for PABs which have not exercised the 2 required options provided for this purpose (fuel and electricity, the replacement vehicle).
Per vehicle,it is understood:
- vehicles of category M1, being motor vehicles designed and built primarily for the transport of passengers and their luggage, not comprising more than eight seats in addition to that of the driver and not having space for standing passengers,the number of seats may or may not be limited to that of the driver.
- N1 category vehicles: N1 category vehicle: vehicle designed and built for the transport of goods with a maximum weight less than or equal to 3.5 tonnes
L framework agreement is concluded for the benefit of the powersbeneficiaries (PAB).
