  • the delivery, assembly, placement of school and office furniture for the benefit of two schools to be built on the Ceria Campus.
    Special context of the contract: The French community commission is/will be the organizing power of the Marie Curie school and the Jules Verne school whose buildingsments are under construction. These buildings cover an area of ​​16,000 m2 and include classrooms, a restaurant, a sports hall etc.
    The attention of tenderers is drawn to the fact that a large order of furniture could be made before the start of the school year 2023-2024 in order to meet the needs of schools at the end of the construction site.
    This contract is subdivided into three lots.
    The contracting authority has the right to award only certain lots and, possibly, to decide that the other lots will be the subject of one or more new marchey, if needed in another mode.
    The bidder cannot offer a discount/upgrade in the event that they are awarded these same lots.
    There is no minimum order quantity and the awardee does not is therefore not justified in presenting any requirement. Purchase ordersof will be sent to the successful tenderer according to the effective needs of the contracting authority.
