- This market is a market to supply waste compactors with rollers, mobiles, autonomous and 100% electric (travel and compaction).
These compactors are intended to equip several recyparcs from the province of Namur and compact several types of waste in containers Open from 30 to 40 m³, with a maximum height of 2.7 m. The following waste will be compacted there:
-Drink
-Papiers/boxes
-Metals
-Green droppings
-Incumbers
-Potentially hard plastics
In addition to the compaction of waste, the machines provided must also allow to move the containers Within the recyparc and circulate on slopes of maximum 10% (without coupled containers).
The chassis is equipped with an articulated arm in 2 parts, at the end of which is installed a roller of compaction.
The roller is equipped with teeth that facilitate the crushing/grinding of waste and a comb that prevents waste from wrapped around the roller.
He is also equipped with side protective flasks (metal discs) with a diameter greater than the diameter of the teeth envelope, thus avoiding any contact of the teeth with the door and the front side of the bucket.
