- This market is a market to supply waste compactors with roller, mobile, autonomous and 100% electric (movement and compaction).
These compactors are intended to equip several recyparcs from the province of Namur and compact several types of waste in containersOpen from 30 to 40 m³, with a maximum height of 2.7 m. The following waste will be compacted there:
-Bois
-Papiers/Cartons
-Metaux
-Green Dechets
-encumbers
-Pottenielment hard plastics
In addition to the compaction of waste, the machines provided must also allow to move containersWithin the recyparc and circulate on slopes of maximum 10% (without coupled containers).
The machine includes a chassis mounted on 2 axles including a directional, with steering cabin in the high position. The chassis is equipped with an articulated arm in 2 parts, at the end of which is installed a rollerof compaction.
This roller weighs between 1.6 and 2.5 tonnes and its rotation on waste in the containers allows their compaction. The roller is equipped with teeth that facilitate the crushing/grinding of waste and a comb that prevents waste from wrapping around the roller.
It is also equipped with side protective flasks (metallic discs) with a diameter greater than the diameter of the teeth envelope, thus avoiding any contact of the teeth with the door and the front of the bucket.
