- The purpose of this supplies market is to supply 3 (three) spreaders of chemical fondants with wheel drive or by electric motor, with a loading capacity of approximately 4 m³ of dry salt and equipped with brine tanks with a minimum capacity of 1,500 liters intended for Winter treatment of roads in the Brussels-Capital Region, in accordance with the conditions repeated in this specifications. The market has 2 (two) phases: - The first phase consists in the supply of chemical fondant spreaders and ends at provisional reception Sponsor. - The second phase begins at the end of the first phase and consists of the maintenance and repairs of the spreaders provided, according to the prescriptions of the manufacturer during their lifespan with a period of 12 (twelve) years maximum calendar. All maintenance interventions and repair during this period are the responsibility of the contractor. During the second phase of the market, the contractor provides 3rd Monday from October to 3rd Monday in April a telephone permanence and by e-mail 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to receive the reports of breakdowns and to execute the necessary repairs within 48 hours of the request for the contracting authority. The training in French and Dutch in the use of the spreaders for 5 users is also part of this market and will be included in the amount of the offer.
