- Explanation: The Client is a commissioned association that processes household waste in the most sustainable way possible for the residents of the affiliated cities and municipalities. In its installation, the Client has two identical oven lines, each with a throughput of 9 tons of waste/you. The oven line itself consists of the following main components:
• An oven for the incineration of household waste;
• A steam boiler for energy recovery via steam to electricity on the one hand and heat on the other hand;
• A flue gas scrubber with the following filters in line: SNCR, electro filter, lime milk reactor, sleeve filter and a wet gas scrubber;
• A chimney with Emission measurement cabin.
The Assignment consists of supplying, installing and commissioning a mercury measurement per oven line. The scope and terms of performance thereof are explained in detail in this engagement document and in REF.doc."Biwithout specifications technical provisions".
