- IOK Afvalbeheer beschikt over een industriële composterings- en vergistingsinstallatie waar organisch-biologische afvalstromen (o.a. gft-afval, tuinafval en bermmaaisel) verwerkt worden tot compost en biogas. The compost is date via a stationary drum sieve and associated conveyor belts separated into 3 fractions based on particle size. The fine fraction is finally deposited as compost. The medium-coarse fraction is returned to the composting plant. The coarsest fraction becomes discharged as sieve overflow. This assignment includes dismantling and replacing the current drum screen and associated conveyor belts with a new processing installation. With a view to a high-quality end product that meets current and potential requirements In future stricter standards, the new installation must be equipped with separation techniques including sieving, wind sifting and magnetic metal separation to remove contaminants (plastic, metal, stones, glass, etc.) from the compost. This first part regulates the procedure relating to the appointment of a contractor through a competitive procedure with negotiation (MMO). This happens in 2 phases, namely a selection phase and a quotation phase. The contracting authority will be in the first step of the placement procedure (selection phase) carry out a selection based on the qualitative selection criteria to select the candidates who will be admitted for further participation in the placement procedure.
