This contract is a framework agreement concluded for a period of 1 year, renewable 3 times 1 year for a maximum duration of 4 years.
The supplies are intended for all departments and services of the University and must be delivered and installed in perfect condition, free of all costs, in the various premises of the university buildings as specified in the technical clauses described and reported in the third part of these special specifications.
The plans for the Liege site are annexed to these specifications for information purposes
