Description:
Purpose of the supplies: Supply and installation of acoustic facings within the sensory and immersive journey of Carre Janson in Tournai.
Presentation of the project: The Carre Janson route is an original semi-permanent exhibition which mobilizes all the senses of visitors (see Appendix 5 Route tourist in summary).
The course covers 2,000 m2 on three levels, distributed in the Hotel des Anciens Pretres and the old Library, and is aimed at all audiences, in particular non-local visitors and those who do not usually attend museums.
Scope of services: the contract consists of the supply and complete installation of acoustic wall and/or ceiling cladding, made from perforated panels, on a support absorbent, mounted on a metal frame and including reservations for incorporating technical elements.
Financing: This project benefits from a source of financing via the AWAP - Recovery Plan: Valorization of properties with high heritage value
The investment budget is estimated at a total package of €76,000 excluding VAT for the study, manufacturing, supply and installation.
