- The BEP, owner of the buildings of the Namur Exhibition Palace (Namur Expo) wishes to use part of the important roof of this building to lay a photovoltaic installation. We have therefore made a feasibility pre -study, which made it possible to conclude that there is the function of future self -consumptions (BEP and the concessionaire which operates Namur Expo), depending on the electrical installation of the site and as a function of Profitability analysis, the optimum would be an installation of 220 kVA. It is specified to the bidders that, if the objective of the contracting authority is to share with the dealer operating Namur Expo, the electrical energy which will be produced not the photovoltaic installation which is discussed in this special specifications , the procedures (ores, ...) and equipment, linked to this energy sharing are not included in the present project.
