Description:
The Belgian and European energy landscape is constantly evolving, which creates significant challenges requiring a rethought approach to energy distribution. RESA, as a distribution network manager (GRD), begins its transformation into a distribution system managercontribution to meet these emerging needs. This transition notably involves the processing of data generated by the "smartization" of networks. To support this development, RESA wishes to equip itself with a new SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition). This new system willimplementing innovative functionalities reinforcing control of medium and low voltage networks as well as gas networks. This modernization project is crucial to supporting RESA in its transformation. RESA aims, thanks to this RFI, to explore the SCADA market to better capture the valueadded features available. RESA seeks, in particular, to understand how to incorporate data from its GIS (Geographic Information System) into SCADA and to evaluate the constraints and opportunities associated with this integration.
